Name That Blogger and Thank Her

Think you know your fellow bloggers? Well, let's put your knowledge to the test (as well as your impulse to cheat since the answers to the questions are right here on the page). Grab a scrap of paper and a pen and number from 1--12. Read each description without running your mouse over the "she is" at the end of each paragraph since it's obviously linked to a blog. Oh--and no clicking around the Internet to check blogs before you write down your guess. You need to fly solo on this one with only your wits and a backpack of luck. Once you've written down your guess, click over to see if you're correct. And then leave a comment on how well you did. Anyone who guesses all 12 correctly should receive a master guesser icon of some sort for their blog. And be truthful--this is sort of like the teacher leaving the test answers on her desk...

Oh, and while you're over on their blog checking your answers, leave them a thank you note for sponsoring me for WalkAmerica!

1. This blogger is currently pregnant with triplets! She is a sassy mom to a foster son already and she's smart and funny. Don't check for updates on a Friday night because this blogger is lighting Shabbat candles and enjoying some challah. She is...

2. This blogger recently got back from an anniversary trip to Hawaii. She is due this summer with her first child via IVF/ICSI. Her grandmother has been ill, so while you're over there thanking her on my behalf, also let her know that you're keeping her grandmother in your thoughts. She is...

3. This blogger going through secondary IF recently took a break from blogging, but she's now back. An extremely funny blogger with a penchant for green apple martinis, she recently admitted that at her pity parties, the only song that plays is "Come On Eileen" by Dexy's Midnight Runners. She is...

4. You know how Hemingway was Papa? Well, this blogger is Mama to all bloggers in the infertility and pregnancy loss world. You will pee while laughing when you read her blog, so be sure to wear clothes you don't mind soiling a bit. Her latest post about HR 735 will kick you into action. She is...

5. This kind and thoughtful blogger speaks broken Portuguese to her grandfather, recently returned from her cousin's shower, and unfortunately had to cancel her last cycle (I'm so sorry, sweetie). While you're on her blog thanking her, also wish her bon voyage because she is going soon on a cruise. She is...

6. This blogger has one of the largest hearts that I've ever seen (and I don't mean that in a hypertrophy sort of way). Every week, she does a good deed (or two or three) in order to give back to the world. She has a beautiful singing voice and wields the coloured pencils for cinematography like a master. She is...

7. This blogger, like the one above, is also known for her huge heart and her inclination to pay it forward. A blogger from the Garden State, her MFM is located in the same building as my number one, favourite place to go when I have a UTI and I'm in New Jersey. Though she has experienced a lot of loss in the past few years, she also has a beautiful son. She is...

8. This blogger hails originally from the US and now from Israel and is the keeper of an amazing site of fertility stories. She is a mother of five, all conceived via IVF including a set of twins. She knows an incredible amount of information about fertility treatments and the whole infertility world. She is...

9. This blogger has currently taken a new job as a traveling nurse so she can see more of the country (the traveling part means that she takes temporary posts and then moves every few weeks/months). She is becoming a single mother by choice and she has a gorgeous dog pictured on her blog. She is...

10. This blogger just got her BFP a few days ago (so it's really spanking new)--so wish her congratulations when you click over there. She has two cats named Boo and Nelly. And on her wedding day, the limo exploded into flames en route to the Church. She is...

11. This kick-ass blogger is the mother to twins and she is also the keeper of the most comprehensive multiples blog on the planet. She is currently running a multiples film festival, so if you enjoy seeing twins laughing hysterically (and who doesn't enjoy watching twins watching hysterically? Unless maybe they're creepy 60-year-old male twins like Tweedledee and Tweedledum...) stick around on her site for a bit when you check your answer. She is...

12. I often gush about this blogger because she is one of the first IF bloggers I started to read. She is an all-around amazing person and lover of Antonio's pizza. She is incredibly smart and committed to the gym. I am extremely hopeful that she will be a mother soon with her brand-new ute. And she dreams about me! She is...

Reading this game and wishing desperately that you had donated to WalkAmerica? It's not too late. The walk isn't until Sunday morning so you have until Saturday at midnight to make an online donation. It's quick, it's easy, and March of Dimes uses the money to combat prematurity and help parents care for premature newborns. And the March of Dimes rocks. Plus, more donations means that we can play a second round of this game! Regardless, I think I've found a new way to write the Friday Blog Roundup.

And since these chickies don't have blogs (or they don't have public blogs) I want to shout out a big public thank you to Lisa, Nicole, Paz and my Mommy.
