Have a Wish on Me

Josh bought me a wishing stone this weekend at a store called Mud and Metal. I verified its powers as a wishing stone by checking with my palm pilot's Magic 8 ball prior to the purchase. I am happy to report that according to the Magic 8 ball, this is a true and working wish stone.

So I'm granting everyone a wish. Just touch the screen and make the wish. And let me know if it comes true.

According to the questions I asked the Magic 8 ball, the stone should be able to grant one wish a day. Therefore, I'm also putting a link in the side bar for easy access if people should need wishes in the future.

I made a wish that my cycle not be cancelled/that my E2 would go down...the clinic just called and said I can take the trigger shot tonight! Thanks for letting us make a wish. :)

I've made my wish. However, you all probably know what it is, since WHAT ELSE would it be?

Thanks for offering up your wish stone.

Sweet. i needs me a wishing stone.
I wish that i wouldn't hear another person say "oh you'll get pregnant easily now! anything can happen!'.

I really wish I'd never had to have a c-section, but I think that will have to be worked out in therapy.

I'll stop back to let you know how it worked out.

Wish #2- That my Monday beta results would be over 100. Results for Mondays beta ... 353.

Wish #3- That this pregnancy would be sucessful. Results ... we'll have to wait and see.

My wish is that this cycle is IT for us. At 7 DPO I'm not feeling very optimistic :-( I don't want to start injectibles!

Thank you for sharing your wish stone.

My wish is for a BFP. I am 10 post IUI and I am very overly emotional. Blood test is this Saturday.

Paula--I couldn't write you back directly, so hopefully you will get this note here. I hope that your wish came true and that you received happy news this weekend.

It did!!! I am still in shock and remain cautiously optimistic. Thinking sticky thoughts. Thank you so much for the wishing stone. (Well for that and your wonderful blog!!!)

I am in a bad place tonight. So, although perhaps game ended awhile ago, I have wandered over to your wishing stone...

Please, little stone, just let this heartache end.

Paula--I am still thinking sticky thoughts for you. Continuing to hold your wish.

Even though it seems impossible.

This always works like a charm (ok, I know it's not the stone, but what-ev-ah)...

So I'm wishing to make it to finalization (4 hours away) and NOT go into labor until AT LEAST most of the way home.

Oh, yeah, and happy and healthy, too.

Pleasepleaseplease.

I just clicked on everyone who had a blog in these comments and everyone is pregnant or already a mommy after making their wish.

Goodness. I think I'm going to make my wish now.

I can't wish to be pregnant, since I'm not in a cycle due to surgery, but I wished that after 4 surgeries, my doc tells me it looks good and I can TRY to get pregnant now. i wish i wish i wish

Jess said...

I've wished and wished for myself but now I have to wish for someone else because this has always worked when said with a prayer.

I wish my friend's baby boy would be able to come home and join his brother. I wish he would get better. I wish for a happy ending because they deserve it.

nancy said...

Looking back, my wish came true. The 4th surgery was finally a success and the doctor said I can get back to trying.

So here's my next selfish wish on the magic wish stone ... I wish I wish I wish that my first IVF cycle doesn't break me. I ~do~ wish for a pregnancy, but if that doesn't happen, I wish to be able to keep my heart intact.

Thanks for sharing your wish stone. Mine is not a unique wish. I am wishing for a sticky BFP that will result in my being wheeled out of a local hospital in November with a healthy baby in my arms!

I'm wishing for a girl when we find out in 4 weeks! Silly, I know...but ever since I was little, my mom has been my hero. I want to be my daughter's hero.

I wish for this to all get easier. I'm tired. I wish to be pregnant.

I wish that my lining is finally growing today, I want a uterus that works, but, if it's not growing, if this is the end of the line for me, I wish for this not to break me.
